Doga Classes - Dog Yoga Group Classes in Montreal
In 2006, Gaby Dufresne-Cyr embarked on a transformative journey, completing her yoga teacher training and igniting a fusion of her two deepest passions. Since then, she has pioneered Doga classes, a unique blend of yoga and bonding with our beloved canine companions.
Embark on a four-week journey with us as we lead you through a series of poses carefully curated to harmonize mind, body, and spirit for both you and your furry friend. From the grounding tranquillity of Balasana to the invigorating stretch of Adho Mukha Svanasana and the graceful alignment of Trikonasana, each session is designed to deepen your connection with your dog while nurturing your own well-being.
Beyond the physical practice, Doga serves a profound purpose: fostering a stronger bond between humans and canines and addressing potential behaviour challenges through mindful interaction.
Please be advised that we do not offer trial classes, as they disrupt the cohesive energy of the group. Enrollment is for the entire four-session series, ensuring a consistent and supportive environment for all participants.
Space is limited, so we encourage you to secure your spot in advance so that you can embark on this enriching journey together.
For humans, prerequisites include a yoga mat, comfortable attire, a clicker, dog treats, water, a bowl, and a sense of humour. Canine participants must be sterilized, vaccinated (including Lyme), and over one year old.
